1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 700bt online casino and sports betting platform (the "Platform"). To register and use the 700bt Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of 700bt or any of its software providers, game studios or payment partners.

700bt reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any point. If verification documents are requested and not provided within the timeframe specified by the support team, 700bt may suspend the account and withhold pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

Each person may hold only one registered account on the 700bt Platform. The following rules apply to the registration and ongoing use of your account:

• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. 700bt accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 700bt Platform are subject to the following conditions. 700bt reserves the right to adjust limits from time to time. Current limits will always be displayed within the account dashboard.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to payment provider limits and any KYC requirements that may apply to larger transactions.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 700bt account within 1-3 minutes under normal operating conditions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

700bt may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers and other promotions to registered players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as these general Terms. The following general principles apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiple applicable to each bonus will be stated in the offer terms. Players should read bonus terms fully before claiming.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use by genuine players. Any use of bonuses for arbitrage, bonus abuse, match betting or any form of systematic exploitation of promotional offers is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses will expire if not used within the period specified in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 700bt Platform are subject to the rules of the relevant game studio or provider. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms. The following general game and fair play rules also apply:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined by these certified systems and cannot be influenced by 700bt, the player, or any third party.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: you may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session time limits: you may set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out. Session limits reset at midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
• Time-out: you may place a time-out on your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out your account is inaccessible for gaming. The time-out cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 700bt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, money laundering, or the use of the Platform to process proceeds of unlawful activity. 700bt cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable regulations.
• Collusion between players for the purpose of defrauding the Platform or other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent game integrity.
• Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent security measures without express written authorisation from 700bt.
• Providing false personal information, including falsifying identity documents submitted during KYC verification.
• Attempting to access, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with the software, systems or security protocols of the 700bt Platform.

700bt's determination that prohibited conduct has occurred is final for the purposes of account action. Players who dispute a finding may submit a formal complaint to [email protected], which will be reviewed by a senior member of the compliance team within 5 business days.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

700bt reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at any time. The following circumstances may result in account action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8, the provision of false registration information, or age or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe requested by 700bt, or provision of documents that cannot be verified as authentic.
• A request by the player to close their own account. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal amount will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 700bt Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, and the selection and arrangement of all content — is the property of 700bt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the 700bt Platform without the prior written consent of 700bt. Unauthorised use of Platform content is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 700bt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or any other legal theory, even if 700bt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

700bt's total liability to any player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit 700bt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

700bt collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 700bt uses SSL encryption on all data transmissions and does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. 13. Amendments to These Terms

700bt reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated whenever changes are made.
